[AZ-Observing] Re: Leonids by the Numbers

What you did, counting at smaller time intervals than an hour, is one of
the things I learned from this shower (my counts were at hourly
intervals).  How is the 'total' for the hour calculated?  For example,
for the 12:00-1:00 time interval, 59 does not equal 8+9+22+34 from the
'Observed' column. 

Since I am new to meteor shower observations, I don't know how 'Hourly
Rate Change' and 'Cumulative Hourly Rate' is calculated.  How are they?
