Interesting. My highest 10 minute rate was 83. As an hourly rate it is
498 (83 x6). Adjusting for the full moon gives 3,984 (498 x 8). This is
closer to the more than 5,000 that had been predicted. Would 3,984 still
qualify it as a storm?
