[AZ-Observing] Re: Leonid Viewing Sites

it.

All,

I'm game for trying this, but one thing to consider.....being that far from
Phoenix and a first time use means that there will be even more late
arrivals than usual. (I for one can't leave any earlier than around 3:30,
which would put me there about sunset I think....) You'd have late arrivals
anywhere, so I don't imagine this is too big a deal. Does anyone care to
estimate how big the light dome to be? Anyone think it'll be a hinderance?
The truck stop shouldn't be a problem, heck, the light from the farmhouse at
AZ City is only 3/4 a mile away, and it's not a problem. Given Steve's and
AJ's past record of site finding, I'm confident that the site is up for the
task......Any other opinions/issues?
