Sinus Sabaeus is visible at 2:30 these days, but Syrtis Major is still
around the back side of the planet anytime after 1:00 a.m. In another
week, though, we will have Syrtis Major near the meridian at 1:00, and
still visible at 3:00, when Mars is high enough for viewing.
