[AZ-Observing] Re: LP policy (was Re: 2005 All Arizona Messier Marathon)

Bill and Jeff, thanks for the input.  Re: Jeff; in the past there have 
been people taking serious astroimages, but this isn't really known in 
advance.  It is usually known after the fact.  Re:  Bill, visibility 
through the eyepiece.  This sounds like it could be a concern for anyone 
taking a picture.  I'll make some sort of announcement at the meeting 
and we'll just have to see what happens.

Jeff, I appreciate your offer to experiment with some astrophotos.  I 
think this would be an experiment that would have interest beyond the 
AAMM.  If you can setup experiments with someone that has a laser 
flashlight that would be great.  If you can't find one before the 
meeting, I'll make announcement to see if someone volunteers.
