Howdy all;
Here is the data I entered for Jenn's Confluence, if anyone has changes, let
me know. I used the designator "h" for the multiple star because this is
the designation used in the SAC double star database. What I am posting the
"fence" version the other two versions are identical.
|Jenn's Confluence |SGR|18 13.4|-18 47| 8 |15' |15 | 7 |The
merging of two curved star chains at the NW edge of the M 24 star cloud;
includes multiple star h 594 |
Name Con RA Dec Mag Size Tirion Chart Bright Star Atlas Chart
Notes
I look forward to an evening when we can all gather round the telescopes and
enjoy a view of this new asterism.
That ought to do it;
Steve Coe

Importance: High
Here's a correction to the RA that Tom Mozden just notified me of, it should
read RA 18h, NOT 8h--it was a typo in the July-August French Astronomie
magazine as well--at least in the pages that the author sent me. I changed
it in my email below as well.
Thanks,
Jennifer
