I just (mostly) finished a backyard observatory AND purchased a 15"
reflector, and it still hasn't clouded up.
My guess is that it'll wait until the next good observing weekend and then
I'll (we'll) be screwed until October.
Not sure if the Moiston Theory (TM) has this situation covered or not....

I'm guessing July 5th
