So as not to continue the suspense, (to answer my own question)... it
was (the late) Pierre Schwaar...
(13006) Schwaar = 1983 AC1 = 1990 DH -- Discovered January 12, 1983 at
Lowell Observatory - Anderson Mesa by Brian Skiff.
