[AZ-Observing] Re: Herschel 400 Awards in Arizona

Presumably Steve is still a patriot (at least for something) but
simply an ex-patriate of Arizona.

Expatriate is the word that should have been used. Its meaning
is more of "relocated", vs. not-patriotic.

This H400 project sounds interesting. I have probably been over
the objects twice, but never took time to apply for the award, nor
organize a specific observing program to view the entire list in order.
It should be possible to observe 160 objects per evening but it would
be a drink from the fire hose, almost more of target shooting than astronomy.
Never have done Messier Marathons either for that reason. Its fun to
be out with a group thats doing them however, lots of electricity
in the air.
