We were at the South Rim on the first two nights of the star party. Far too often, we saw the light of one particular green laser pointer that made bus headlights look like Palomar globulars by comparison. That pointer may be suitable for pointing out Jupiter at a softball game, but for Yavapai Point, it may have been a tad too bright.
