To all concerned,
My wifes freind gave me this information to contact ADOT regarding the Vekol
Rest area. Although he didn't have a name, this is the corect department. I'm
posting it here for all to have, But I imagine we'd want to have a singular
point of contact on our behalf. Someone will need to take the point on this
issue.

rest area, among others. Now we know why the astronomy people are upset
about it.
