Is there any news with the cargo units? I might be able to accept
one contain g some quads, but four is just too much. I checked with our
transport department and no plans for the development of Douglas Ranch
is in the works at this time. This land has not been annexed by Buckeye
and is still private owned by Sonoran West Properties LLC. I hope we
will be able to return to this site later this year. It might be the
last year we have with the growing number of new streetlights going up.
The farmland around my neighborhood is now being staked out for new
homes and the first thing done is curbs and lights. It is now mostly
solid out to 115th ave. If anyone would like to find other sites you can
refer to this link to see a color coded map of land ownership. Yellow
is BLM and our best bet.
