[AZ-Observing] Flat Iron site

   Today I received information on our use of the Flat Iron site. The property 
owner is a investment company, Sonoran West Properties LLC, that is also the 
company that plans to develop the land that will be known as Douglas Ranch. The 
person I talked to (Mark Eton)told me that we should plan to continue to use 
the site and he would check into the insurance issue and would call me back 
with the details. This will pave the way to an agreement between the SAC and 
Sonoran for the use of the site. He seemed to be enthusiastic as he said he 
could just say no and have us just continue using the site as this would 
release them from any law suits. I think he is an attorney. However I feel that 
we should get official permission to use the site without restrictions. Mark 
seemed to be all for it, he just needs to check with his partners. I will need 
the president to provide him with the terms of our insurance (what coverage we 
have) and any other issues he needs to know. 

   So for now we have a verbal OK to continue to use the site.
