Dear Joe;
I am so pleased that you are using the scope and seeing some of those
dim objects.
Hubble's Variable is always interesting to me since it often looks
different when viewing it.
One amazing thing to me is that when you look at the Orion nebula in
twilight you can see color like pink and purple. Try it and see what
you think.
I will try to get out with Steve some time and I hope to see you.
I leave for Mexico to do some Astroarchaeology in January for about 5
weeks.
The cocoon is also interesting. So is the blinking nebula but it
doesn't blink in a 16".
