[AZ-Observing] Excellent Observing Sites, north Arizona: Buyable

I am looking for a quality observing site in north Arizona: dark and
good seeing.   And buyable.

Using topo maps, aerial imaging, professional advice, and the
GoogleEarth light-pollution overlay, I have identified a number of
mountain-top / hill-top sites on private land.  Some are buyable.
Others (like Picacho Butte) are not.

I am interested in discussing site possibilites with a) persons who
have also researched the "buyable site" proposition and would be
willing to share information and b) persons who might be interested in
joining me in the purchase and development of a high-end site.
