[AZ-Observing] Re: Email for Steve Coe is all better

Actually, I'm wrong.  I just got through looking at the header information
associated with Steve's e-mail and it is indeed going through Cox's SMTP
server.  Steve can still receive e-mails to his ngcic.org address though.
Cox's policy of not allowing me to use my own SMTP server will preclude me
from ever subscribing to their Internet service.....One more problem
attributable to the spammers.
