[AZ-Observing] Eclipse from Peoria

While standing outside in Peoria waiting for some peaks at the moon I was
teased by a big hole in the clouds over the central part of the valley that
seemed to stay put. Looked like the clouds dissolved then reformed on the
other side of the hole, right where the moon was. Maybe the clouds were
effected by the heat from the city?
