[AZ-Observing] ETX 60 Telescope

Last Monday I was at  the Costco Wholesale store at Power Road and
Southern and found a Meade ETX 60 telescope on sale for $98.00.  The
sale ends Monday September 2, 2001. The same scope in the Meade catalog
is priced at $299.00.  I have played with this little puppy for three
nights and it found it has more features than my LX200 10".  If anyone
is looking for an inexpensive goto telescope this is the baby.  It comes
with two 1.25" eye pieces a 25 mm and a 9 mm .  The only thing I don't
like is you have to enter the date and time after you turn it off.  I
guess the clock don't run when the switch is off.

 If you are looking for goto scope don't wait, these won't last long at
this price.
