[AZ-Observing] Comet NEAT V1 observed

     An IAU Circular issued this evening shows magnitude estimates from
observers of Comet 2002 V1 at very small solar elongation:

Feb 12.97  John Bortle   mag. 2.3  (solar elong 16 deg)
Feb 14.72  Bjorn Granslo  mag 1.5  (~12 deg)
Feb 16.29  J. Gonzalez    mag. -0.5  (~8.5 deg)

All three were using medium-large binoculars:  15x70, 12x50, and 11x80,
respectively.
