No I-17 closures for holiday weekend

Fire managers on Thursday backed away from plans to close Interstate 
17 intermittently in the upcoming days while they try to stop the 
"Cave Creek Complex" fire from reaching Black Canyon City, seven 
miles west of the blaze.
