[AZ-Observing] Caravan to Mormon Mt. star party on Friday

Folks;
I am planning on attending the Mormon Mountain Star Party this weekend.  I will 
be leaving town early to get a jump on the rest of the folks going up the hill. 
 I also plan a stop in the Verde Valley for ice and gasoline, not together.

So, if anyone wishes to go with me I will at the I-17 and Carefree Hwy. at 1:00 
PM on Friday.  I will have the CB on channel 15 and will be ready to cruise up 
the freeway.  With the temperatures being what they have, I probably will not 
wait long for stragglers.  I generally set the cruise control for 76 to 78 mph. 
 If all that works for you, then I will be happy to have you join the caravan 
to the cool, high country.

Weather aside--if the weather looks really bad, I reserve the right to cancel 
this trip, so look here about 11:30 AM on Friday morning if you plan to go and 
I will make my final decision then.  Here's hoping for clear skies.
