[AZ-Observing] Building an observatory in Tucson area?

Hello all!  I've just recently moved to the Tucson area and I'm
looking for someone to build a roll-off roof observatory.  I'm still
waiting on my house to be completed and it should be done in early
Sept.  I thought I would go ahead and begin my search for a builder
and because I want to be ready to start construction as soon as I
close on the house.  Thus far the only place I've found is an
astronomy shop here in Tucson called Stellar Vision which is owned
and  operated by Frank Lopez.  They also design and build
observatories on a full time basis.  I'm looking for comments on the
quality of their work and for other contacts that build
observatories.  Obviously, there are many construction companies that
build sheds, garages,etc but I would prefer someone that has built
roll-off roof observatories before.  Although I would be willing to
go with a garage builder and the only thing that is really different
is the roof and pier.  However, I've spent alot of time (probably too
much) designing what I want and have lots of very detailed drawings
so I'm hoping with my help that a garage builder could pull it off.

Any suggestions would be greatly appeciated?
