[AZ-Observing] Re: BOLIDE! (Time Seen CORRECTION)

Wil, et. All,

I checked my notes last nite and sure enough I got the time wrong!    "A. G.
E." disease.   ;-)

Big Bolide/Space Junk Exploding/Burning-Up Object:

Time Observed:  5:53 am MST, 11/18/01

Location in Sky:  After seeing the sky lite up, I noticed the thing going
East across the northern horizon from the NW sky under Perseus to about
right underneath Polaris. About 4 to 8 degrees above the horizon.

My Location: 9 miles SE of Happy Jack, AZ

Colors: Bright Green and White, some yellow maybe.

Characteristics: First a big flash, then a bright glowing, then a huge
explosion of light, then a slow die down at end. 
It lit up the forest real good. It seemed there was some rotation involved
too.

Great "movie" of the Leonids last nite, Wil, on Ch12 news weather report.
Pretty spiffy!
