[AZ-Observing] Re: BLM Land Closures!!!

The website for Chiricahua Natl. Monument indicates that the trails are
closed but says nothing about the paved parking lots.  So this may be a
possible alternate site for Tucson, weather permitting.  It looks like rain
in that direction (although standing in the rain sounds nice about now).
