[AZ-Observing] Re: Attn ATMs

Bill (and others interested),

There is no copyright statement in the front section of the book.  There is
a statement at the top of the Table of Contents on page i.:

This handbook contains copyright material.

But there is no statement of what is copyrighted, who owns the copyright,
nor whom to contact
regarding copyright clearance.  The only indication of who printed it is on
the last page:

U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE:  1963 O-709-648

I emailed the company from whom I purchased the book to see if they know who
owns the
copyrights.  I haven't yet received a response.

Anyone have any useful knowledge here?
