Currently due north about 15 degrees above the horizon from Tempe. It is really worth a look with a scope, even at 20x. The payload is readily visible as a very shiny point below the balloon. I estimated its size as 5 arcminutes, which at a distance of 75 miles makes the balloon roughly 600 feet from top to bottom.
