[AZ-Observing] Re: An Eyepiece for the LXD75 10" ?

Stan;

I bought several of the new 68 degree Stratus eyepieces from Orion. =
They
are a good, but not great, eyepiece and well worth the money. Well =
worth
the money in my opinion. Seeing as how you are not going to be doing =
much
observing for a while, I will bring them along at the Aug. 27th star =
party
and Cherry Road and you can try them out. I have the 21mm 13mm and 8mm.

See ya;
Steve Coe

Just as small telescopes have an upper magnification limit, large =
telescopes
have a lower limit. The solution, if you want to call it that, is to =
buy
another telescope; a small refractor fits the bill. My Pronto (70mm =
f/6.8)
with a 27mm Panoptic eyepiece gives 18x, a 4mm exit pupil, and a =
4-degree
field.
