[AZ-Observing] All Arizona Messier Marathon

Now that I've unpacked, had a shower and a cup of coffee I just want to
post my two bits  about the marathon.

I haven't sorted through all the lists yet and will try to complete that
today or tomorrow.  I'll post a message here when the preliminary
results are available and posted on the SAC site for review.

As I recall we had 14 who observed all 110 objects and an unknown number
of ones with 109 (of which I am one).  Worthy of being noted is Dawn
Schur who bagged all 110 - the first lady to my knowledge to do so.

Another is a 10 year old from Tucson who observed 106 - not all 110 but
let's see what happens next time we have chance for this.

Rick Tejera observed through two instruments and observed over 100 in
each, one an ETX the other an 8 inch f6 DOB.

If you didn't make to the marthon you missed a great weenie roast!

There were folks from California, Utah, Colorado, New Jersey (or was it
New York) and Michigan.  Oh yes there were quite a few from Arizona.

I could go on and on about the fun - but need to review the lists.
