[AZ-Observing] Administrivia Reminder

This is a reminder for those of you participating in the mailing list.

        1) When including the content of a message to which you are
           replying, please remove non-relevant material.  I have
           raised the number of lines from 25 to 30 about a month ago,
           but some still include the entire message.  At the very
           least, PLEASE REMOVE the common FOOTER that's added to each
           message.  That alone will remove 10 lines.

        2) Post binaries/images on your own web pages.  This is to
           prevent the spread of E-mail viruses.  I've only seen one
           virus arrive at this list in the past four years, so we're
           doing pretty well.


Tip:

    If you'll be send E-mail from multiple accounts, but don't want
    E-mail delivered to each of them, set the VACATION attribute for
    the E-mail addresses you don't want to get E-mail.
