[AZ-Observing] Administrivia: Hotmail is Reject E-mail

Those of you who subscribe to AZ-Observing via hotmail.com might be seeing
replies to message you haven't seen. Apparently, hotmail is rejecting
E-mail when it gets busy with a failure code rather than use a code
meaning "try again later". I'm hit daily with many of these rejected
E-mails (I being the list's administrator and having the option set to
receive these failed messages) mostly during the evening hours. Hopefully
this message will get through to you since it's going out in the morning.

The hotmail users have several options: complain to hotmail out this,
change E-mail providers, or read the missing messages from the archives.

If this continues, the list software will eventually unsubscribe you
because of too much rejected E-mail.
