[AZ-Observing] Re: AZ-Observing] Apology

     No offense taken---a lot of us on scientific staff are indeed
uncomfortable with 'prostituting' ourselves to get bucks from the
stretch-limo crowd.  Luckily we have a fund-raiser on the staff who is
absolutely shameless about it.  Bill, of course, knows about this since
his wife used to do exactly that for the observatory (and very well, too).
I mean, is it only a difference in degree between the guy on the corner
asking for a quarter and astronomers asking for one (or ten) million?
Oh, hey, we'll name an asteroid for you, which the guy on the corner
definitely won't do.
