[AZ-Observing] AAMM - attendance

 


At this time there is an even chance I will have to work this weekend and
notbe able to attend the marathon.  Consequently I'm going to plan on the
worst and hope for the best.

I have already discussed this with Jack Jones and he is planning on taking
over for me in case of a no-show.  As many of you know Jack and I have
workedon the marathon for many years now and he is quite capable of handling
the situation.  He will have enough check lists and waivers for everyone,
will do the pep talk at sunset and don't forget he will also have the
T-shirts, so please give him so extra leeway with these responsabilities.

Please give Jack your full support, as you have given me in the past.

I am much appreciative of Jack stepping in at the last minute for me, just
incase.
