I had enough energy this afternoon to look up the letters for a paper
by Dolidze where the name (a she, I think) is shown in Georgian script.
The alphabet has 40 characters, many of which are similar in appearance.
In brief, the phonetic transliteration of 'dolidze' is 'dolidze'. The
'e' at the end has a separate sounding, so I'm pretty sure the name
is three syllables, roughly 'doe-lid-zeh' (or 'zuh', schwa-with-z-in-front).
