That?s the beast! You guys are great. My notes usually say, ?neat object?,
?faint smudge?, ?better than the Wray photo?, etc.
I was once observing some nondescript NGC cluster in the Milky Way with my long
f /6.7 12.5?. Steve Coe walked past, sighted briefly along the telescope, and
said, ?Ah, you must be looking at NGC xxxx (whatever it was)?. He was right.
Great to know such superb observers of the visible universe.
