[AZ-Observing] A dry July dark run?

If the 8- and 12-day outlooks issued by the NWS are at all indicative
(usually they are), it's possible the hoped-for clear skies during the
July New Moon period could happen. Today's forecast centered on the
July 9-11 weekend (with post-midnight Moonrises) looks especially
favorable.
