     As I have already sent e-mail to Rick and AJ there is a potability 
that we could get a permit to use the 5-mile meadow (buck butte meadow) 
as outlined in the PDF document attached to the notice. The question is 
how much and does our track record count for anything. Or do we move it 
to Cherry Rd II? Does this also mean that the Gcsp is also effected?  I 
think the board should get involved.
