This position is located in the Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Program.
HBPC provides comprehensive, interdisciplinary primary care services in
the homes of veterans with complex and chronic, disabling disease. The
HBPC Psychologist will provide a full range of psychological services to
HBPC patients, including screening; psychological, cognitive and
capacity assessments; psychotherapy; and prevention-oriented services.
