Transfer... What Transfer?

Keith read a memo from his Acting Chief Engineer, that two members of the 
Engineering Team transferred to another vessel.

He looked for various reasons in the report, however nothing stood out.

Other reports that he had seen from engineering had given the Binars high 
regards as not complaining and getting their work done.  Even when the original 
Chief Engineer was not found for many days on the ship, and when he was found 
it was in a drunken stupor, they remained loyal and kept working.  

Keith figured that Dodge was getting his staff in line, moving them around to 
more appropriate shifts, based on skills.  But this request was for them off 
the ship.  But the one thing that Ensign Thomas failed to know was that the 
Binars happened to be there at the request of the Captain.

But alas, somehow the transfer was put through, he would check with Skyler to 
see if she had approved it or not, since she was the final say in staffing.

Alas, two good engineers, loyal to the Avalon were going elsewhere in the 
fleet.  Some ship was going to be lucky.
