<USS Avalon> The Tempest Emerges - Part One

The Tempest Emerges
 
 
The captain of the Tempest almost laughed when the Avalon shot on them.  He 
could just read the captain and what he had planned to do.  He wasn’t 
telepathic, but it was what he would have done.
 
But now he was going to use the Ship Codes of the Avalon to make it show 
itself, provided they got close enough to activate them.
 
The readings the Tempest had were that the Avalon was heading towards Vulcan, 
but they read the ship after they cloaked that they turned towards Talos.
 
He commanded the ship to head towards Talos, but to give the Avalon at least 
a days lead.  They would surprise them.
 
But which planet would the Avalon orbit to remain undetected.  The captain 
thought long and hard.  Of course, Talos IV.   Once the planet was under a 
death 
penalty, he knew that, but it wasn’t now.
 
The Tempest hid themselves on the other side of Talos IV, waiting for the 
chance.
