re: Commander Sierra

Skyler sat in her office and got out a PADD and started to write up the 
report requested by the Captain. She was hesitant in reporting Sierra but if 
she 
didn't stand up to him, she would never be respected by him or anyone else for 
that matter. The Avalon would soon be orbiting Earth and it was time to put up 
or shut up.

1] Commander Sierra failed to respond to my call for an immediate security 
detail and investigation regarding the death of Captain Flubb. I had to get Lt 
Shimbrodus to stand watch until a security detail arrived.

2] Commander Sierra essentially accused me of sitting in my chair staring at 
the stars instead of doing my job, in essence allowing the death of Captain 
Flubb.

3] On numerous occasions Commander Sierra has been disrespectful of my 
command in your absence almost to the point of ignoring any order that I may 
give.

4] He is arrogant, has a holier than thou attitude, no respect for authority, 
and is in my opinion, not one to show leadership to new officers.

These are just some of the things that we have talked about, but they are the 
more important items. I fear that if something is not done that I may have no 
choice but to request a transfer to another ship. I will not work under such 
conditions.

You are an honorable man Captain, and it has been a pleasure to serve with 
you. I hope that I can continue to serve with you and remain on the Avalon.
