The Order
By (Fleet) Captain Keith Ketchum

Keith sat in his office in Starbase 12 when the console rang from the Ops 
officer, advising him of an incoming message.

Keith leaned over to the desk and tapped to activate the console, "Captain 
Ketchum, I am Admiral Pew of Starfleet Intelligence."

"Yes, Sir, what can I do for you."

"We have taken Ms. Cate and Mr.Maturin into custody for their protection."

Keith looked a little alarmed, but felt that it was for the best as he 
thought about it, "I understand Admiral."

"But, for their protection, we need to have the memories of the crew of the 
Avalon that has come into contact with Ms Cate, well, erased."

Keith looked at the Admiral on the viewscreen, "Why contact me, Admiral, why 
not contact Captain Flubb directly?"

"Based on your position, Keith, it would be better to have the order coming 
from you, to both Captain Flubb and the Chief Medical Officer."

"That I understand, Admiral, I will let Captain Flubb and Doctor Roan know, 
so that the procedures can be started."

"Very good, Captain", as the Admiral closed the communication.

Keith stared at the Starfleet insignia on the screen for a moment, then 
opened a communcation to the Avalon with messages to Captain Flubb and Doctor 
Felicity Roan,
