<USS Avalon> Starbase 33

Starbase 33
Lt Snuffy


The RA Authur arrived at Star Base 33 with incident.  Vikmil did pickup some 
Romulian scans from a small planetatiod near the netural zone that had not 
been noted in the past.  These scans were logged to be reported at the 
Starbase.  
The RA Authur was admitted into Space dock and sent to birth 5A beside the 
USS Akagi NCC 62158.  

Vikmil walked into the crew sleeping quaters and looked at the nest.  Lt. 
Snuffy was asleep.  Vikmilk wondered how this bird like person could sleep so 
soundly.  Then Snuffy opened one eye and looked at Vikmil.

Snuffy: Yes, Vikmil?

Vikmil: we are docked in birth 5A at Space dock.  The Commanding officer of 
Starbase 33 wants us in his office at 1300.  It is 1215 now.

Snuffy: thank you. Set up a small snack while I get ready and we will get 
going.  Have you downloaded the Roulaman scans yet?

Vikmil: Yes. 

Vikmil handed the isoleaner chip to Snuffy and walked out of the room.  
Snuffy suppected that the chip was the reason that the CO of Starbase 33 wanted 
to 
see him.  After the snack, the two of them left the runabout and went to the 
office of the CO Starbase 33.  There they were met by a dozen Starfleet Securty 
Officers armed to the teeth. Neither Snuffy or Vikmil supected they were to 
be arrested.

Security Officer OIC: Lt. Snuffy and Sgt Maj. Vikmil both of you are under 
arrest.  Charges are classified and will be given to you by the Starbase CO.  
Weapons are set to kill. please do not resist!  Place your hands on the counter 
in front of you and do not move!

Snuffy and Vikmil looked at each other and at the securty officers. Both knew 
that there was no way they could take all of them, so they moved to the 
counter.

Snuffy: Commander there is a isoleaner chip in my right pants pocket.  It has 
important data that Starfleet needs.  please give it to the Starbase 
Commanding Officer.  The material will be classified in nature.  I am unarmed.  
Vikmil 
if you have any weapons disclose them now!

Vikmil: I have a knife in my left boot and a disruptor from my homeworld on 
my left side.

Commander Rogers: I am Commander Rogers, Starbase Chief of Secutity.  My men 
will place hand cuffs on each of you prior to our escourting you to the CO of 
this Starbase.


Snuffy and Vikmil were places in cuffs and escorted to the Starbase CO's 
office.

Commandor Diablo: I am Commador Diablo.  Please sit on the bench in front of 
my desk.  Commander what were they carring?

Cdr Rogers: The Allurian had this chip.  He says that it is classified and 
important.  The other one had a knife and this weapon.

CDR Rogers set the three items on the Commador's desk. 

Diablo: what is on the chip?

Snuffy: We were cloked and close to the netural zone. The chip has recording 
of scans from a planetoid in the roulman area.  please be careful with the 
disruptor fro the Jaconian home world, there is no safety switch.

The commador took the chip to a computer display and brought up the scans log.

Diablo: What were your intentions to do with this chip?

Snuffy: To hand it over to you, Sir.  Sir what is going on here?

Diablo:  You came out of cloke close to this base and we did not know that 
you were coming.

Snuffy: I am enroute to the Allurian home world after being recalled.  Vikmil 
was at the controlls and He does not know all protocals about approach to 
Starbases.  He is an observer to the USS Avalon.

Both were released and a full debreffing about the scans proceded for several 
hours.
