    Felicity finished her physicals for Skyler and Sierra, sent them to the 
Captain, had been relieved as Second officer and was now eagerly awaiting some 
down time in her fortress of solitude -- her lab.  She had not had time to 
deal with her own pain in the midst of ensuring other matters were attended to.

    Dylan had become silent in her mind ever since they had come to or rather 
had gone to whenever they were or where ever they were.  She had become 
stronger than Dylan at tuning him out over the course of time and necessity.  
She 
valued peace and quiet so much that she wouldn't have him there talking all the 
time.

    Her thoughts were drawn to him in any case.  He must be terrified and 
worried.  He didn't like it when he couldn't hear her well.  Usually she let 
him 
in for a few hours during the day so he didn't feel so lonely, but it had been 
what would seem like an eternity to Dylan.

    She had no way to send him a note, letter or message of any kind and in 
that instant, she cursed what had brought them in the future.  Usually she was 
more optimistic about things, but causing Dylan pain wasn't something she 
wanted.

    She found an experiment on Spliarian Influenza that she hadn't finished 
and threw herself into it, deciding to shut out the world.  Felicity hoped the 
connection between she and her twin could be reestablished soon, but in the 
meantime, the next best thing was severing her ties.
