    True story. There used to be a brief "programette" way back in the late 
60's - early 70's, the days when TV stations weren't on 24/7/365 and we had 
antennas rather than cable. It was an inspirational one called Morning 
Meditation 
(and, late at night, there was also an Evening Meditation). Beautiful 
scenery, scripture readings, you get the picture.

    I used to joke I had to take my Morning Medication -- as I've been on 
anti-seizure meds almost all my life.
