Not a problem. I occasionally create characters that are "adoptable" myself. As
I said before, "adoptable" but not "borrowable". Lt. Milton Preston ( our AWOL
security guy who got taken down by Rae after threatening Mac) , Ensign Matthew
Fielding ( the young transporter technician who'd helped set up the camp and
stand guard, then got busted making out as the deltan pheremones took effect)
and Ensign Benjamin Duran ( an injured molecular physicist who'd been so
emotionally impacted by the shadow creatures attack in the cave he'd had to be
sedated) are all among them. Ensign Michael Tran from astrophysics was
originally going to be one of them as well, but I sort of got a little attached
to him somewhere along the line. LOL. sorry....

Sorry ... I was introduced to the term when I started playing the
Lentheas game; it's basically taking a character someone else created
and making that character your own -- with the permission of the
person who originally created that character, of course. The person
who created the Lentheas game made characters for adoption frequently.
(We still have a few out there.)
best wishes,
Jamie
