Something tells me Snuffy is gonna be here for a  looooonnng time to come. ...
 
    Sorry not to have been posting at all but my wife  and I returned Tuesday 
from a vacation only to discover our cable company,  providing Internet 
access as well as TV, had disconnected us during our trip.  They informed us -- 
snuffily? -- that we'd be offline until the 31st but we  managed to twist their 
arms so they got us back online today about 3 hours ago.  Been a while slogging 
through other mails on other addresses.
 
    It's good to be home ... it'll always be Springtime  on Avalon for me.
