Now that I think about it, why bother wasting time going through an airlock?
Wouldn't it make more sense to just transport to a starting point and go
from there? And can someone tell me if the EVA suits fit in Jeffries tubes? I
don't think so, but if the B is completely powered down, I'm trying to figure
out how the recovery teams would get from deck to deck if they're not using
site-to-site transportation. I know it's probably a minor detail to some, but
I'm only asking all these questions so I can write a story that makes sense.
I'm all for saying the suits have been redesigned to enable travel through
Jeffries tubes, so it's only a matter now of resolving how they get on board.
