"Preparing for Boarding"

Keith turned to Skyler, "In preparation of any boarding parties, I want the 
command staff to be well placed on the ship.

Go to deck thirteen and the Auxiliary Bridge Station area.   Take your Ensign 
Idrys, to prep the secondary sickbay on deck 14.   Also take Phillipa in case 
the bridge is taken."  

 Skyler looked at Keith. "Do you really think we will get boarded?"

  Keith took a deep breath, and finished, "In the case of that area being 
overtaken, get to Main Engineering, where we will make a stand." 

 
 Skyler looked at Keith with some concern and then left the bridge with 
Phillipa behind her. They both headed to sickbay where they were going to get 
Mehdi.

They had only been a couple for a few short hours and already that was at 
stake. She didn't have time to worry about that, there was a ship to protect.

Phillipa and Skyler both entered the lift and waited while it took them to 
sickbay. Once they reached the main sickbay they entered and looked for Dr. 
Idrys.
 
 "Dr. Idrys are you here?"  Skyler had wanted to just run up to him and hold 
him forever, but that was not realistic, not now. Not while the ship was on 
the verge of being attacked and possibly boarded. No, now was the time to be an 
officer not a worry wort wife.
 
 Idrys looked up. "Yes, what can I do for you?" He noticed the look on his 
wife's face. "Skyler ... what is it?" 

 Skyler didn't want to worry her new husband too much, but she was sure he 
could tell something was wrong by the look on her face.

 "Mehdi, I need you to gather as much medical supplies as you can carry and 
come with us. I need you to bring along a nurse or a petty officer and set up 
the secondary sickbay on deck 14. We are making all necessary precautions in 
case we are boarded." 

 He nodded. "On it right away." He grabbed a medkit and touched his 
commbadge. "Idrys to Nurse Lakshmi. Report for duty immediately on Deck 14. We 
have to 
set up an emergency triage area there in case the ship is boarded." 

 "Understood," came Lakshmi's voice. Idrys nodded and began gathering 
supplies. 

 Skyler looked at Mehdi with concern in her eyes, yet she knew that she had 
to act as a Starfleet officer now and not as a wife. "Mehdi we will meet you up 
there, we have to get going and start setting up the secondary bridge on deck 
13. You have your orders."

       Skyler looked at him one last time and then she and Phillipa left 
sickbay, with their Phaser's and were on the way to the auxiliary bridge on 
deck 
13.  She didn't dare look back because she knew if she did she would break down 
and loose it completely. She was afraid of losing the only man she had ever 
loved.
