Scinece Officer Log


T'Pice was studing several plants at her science station.  It was about 0247 
hours and she was the only person in the Science Lab.  She hailed Vikmil.

T'Pice to Viknil, could you come to the Science Lab?

Vikmil, yes I will be there in 15 minuets.  Vikmil out.

T'Pice conituned to study the plants.  Her studies were to help the 
Federation to find plants that would help produce food in desert planets with 
little 
water and care.  Her studies include the following:

    1. Water Root from CitiAlpha 5.
    2. Catus from Sol 3.
    3. Vulcan Fire Flower Fruit from Vulcan
    4. Taorba Fruit from Alpha Centuri 2
    5. Profit of Riches from the Frengi
    6. Thorn Fruit from the First Federation home world.

T'pice was given ten other plants, yet they all died with rich amounts of 
water and were unsuitable.  only these six were suitable.  Of the six only the 
Profit of riches was the hardest to get, yet it produced the most food.  This 
plant produced not one fruit but three!
The Frengi may not know how valued this tree will be, but they will know soon 
if a trade is not done correctly.  

Vikmil walked into the Science Lab.

T'pice, how can I be of assistance?

Vikmil, this plant is of quite value,  I must report my findings to 
Starfleet.  Please guard the Lab.  Only allow the following personnel into the 
room.

Skyler, Cdr Sierra, and Lt Snuffy.  Unauthorized personnel are subject to brig 
time and Courts Martial

Vikmil looked at the list and took a seat near the main science station to 
guarg the Lab.  T'Pice left the Lab, She proceded to Lt. Snuffy's Quaters and 
pushed the entry request chime.

Enter, please. stated Snuffy.

T'Pice entered the room and took a walk up to the nest on the ledge.

T'Pice, how may i assist you?

Snuffy, hede is a PADD for you to look at.  I have Vikmil guarding tghe Lab.  
I request to notifly Starfleet ASAP!

Snuffy took the pad.  He studied it in detail.

T'Pice, good work.  Please Send a copy to the Captain first.  His priorty 
channels would get the message to Starfleet quicker than if you or i sent it.  

T'pice went to the computer and requested the Captain's location.  He was 
asleep.  This can wait until he is on duty.  I will submit it to mih when he is 
on duty.
