The visit from Georgia and Skyler. Georgia's feelings of being replaced. The 
call from Elijah. The hurt in his eyes that she caused. The note from her 
mother asking if she were truly sure she was doing the right thing. Each event 
seemed to be another weight making her bloody pressure rise. 

The room felt warm as Melanie made her way towards the table where her meds 
where. Her vision was blurred and her head was pounding. Reaching for the hypo 
Melanie gasped as she felt a cramp in her stomach. The pain was bad but the 
fear was worse. Melanie moved back across the room to grabbed her comm badge 
but as another cramp hit she found herself bracing herself against the wall. 
Sliding down it slowly with tears in her eyes, Melanie's hand went to her 
stomach. 

"Computer," She gasped out, "Medical Emergency."
